To deactivate a credit card on your account, you will need to submit a support ticket with us for it to be processed. Be sure to include the last four digits of the card(s) you would like deactivated. Please do not send your full credit card number. Also keep in mind that for security purposes, once a card has been deactivated, it can no longer be used on our network without manually reentering. IMPORTANT: If you have pending refund requests, please wait until after you've verified reimbursement to your account before submitting deactivation requests or we will not be able to process them.
