How Do I Use the Pogo Download Games Support Center?

To Search:

You can search through the knowledge base by typing in key words or phrases in the search box on the top left of the page.


 

Our search tool allows you to enter key words or phrases to locate the question you may have. It will display questions and answers from the knowledge base that match what you entered in the search text box.

Skim over the questions that contain your matches and select the one most likely to contain the question that you have. For example, if you searched for the word billing, a list of billing related questions would display.

If you selected the question Why was my card declined? the entire answer would appear and the keywords or phrases you entered in the search tool would be highlighted in yellow.

For issues that do require individual attention, please submit a support ticket from the main page of the Support Center under the "Request Support" tab. 

You can greatly reduce your wait time by:

• Select the appropriate category for your ticket, so that we can be sure your message is directed properly.
• Provide as much information as possible regarding your problem.
• To minimize waiting time, we request that you submit only one ticket regarding a single issue.  If you need to provide us with more information, simply update your existing ticket.
